A. Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller

2. Types of Data Processed
Data provided by the user: Name, Email, and the content of the message sent via the contact form. Technical data: During navigation, the IT systems hosting the site (hosting) acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols (such as IP addresses), processed exclusively to ensure site security and prevent fraud.
3. Legal Basis and Purpose
Data collected via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your request and manage pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 par. 1 lett. b of the GDPR). Simbiosi Digital does not perform marketing activities, nor does it send newsletters or perform profiling with the data collected through this form. Providing data is only necessary for us to contact you back.
4. Recipients and Place of Processing
Data is managed through reliable providers appointed as Data Processors: Netsons S.r.l. (Hosting and n8n server), Vercel Inc. (Web infrastructure), Resend Inc. (Email delivery), Zoho Corporation (Email management), and Telegram Messenger Inc. (Contact notifications). Automation logic is managed internally via the n8n platform hosted on proprietary servers in Italy. These providers guarantee data security, also through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for extra-EU transfers.
5. Retention Period
Data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request and for the periods established by current regulations (up to a maximum of 24 months for purely informative contacts), unless a commercial relationship is established.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your data. You can write to: infosimbiosi@simbiosidigital.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it).
